Menerung sits between Bangsar's very small residential buildings and its much larger new estates. The published plans span 1,001 to 3,714 sq ft, so the exact type matters more than the overall range.
Layouts & building
Start with the plan, then the floor.
Which of the six types fits?
BRDB’s permit divides the 111 homes into six named types. The M1 family accounts for 76 homes, M2 and M3 for 14 each, and Type L for seven. The published overall size range is 1,001–3,714 sq ft; ask for the exact plan rather than treating the endpoints as typical homes.
What can you judge before completion?
The smaller home count is part of the appeal. It does not tell you how a particular floor, lift lobby or apartment will feel, and the building is still under development. Review the approved layout and purchase documents for the home you are considering.
Want to see the exact layout? Ask us for the floor plan for the home or plan type you have in mind.
Six named plans appear in the official brochure. The published floor area differs between the brochure and permit for some types, so check the current approved drawing for a particular home.
M1 family
M1, M1-A and M1-B · two bedrooms, two bathrooms · approximately 92–101 sq m in the brochure.
M2 and M3
Two-bedroom plans with different room arrangements; the brochure prints starting areas of 107.26 and 124.03 sq m.
Type L
A larger dual-level, 4+1-bedroom plan. Published area figures conflict; verify the current approved plan.
These published examples do not identify a home currently for sale. Confirm the plan, floor and measurements for the exact property.
Day to day
What is here, and what is around it?
01
At the building
A smaller address
The development has 111 homes. Ask for the lift lobby and floor plan for the home you are considering; those will tell you more about day-to-day privacy than the total alone.
Hospitality services
BRDB describes hotel-inspired services, but the public project page does not set out a full service list. Confirm what will be provided, by whom and at what cost before relying on it.
02
Around this address
Shopping and rail are close on the map; Bangsar's hill roads still make the actual route worth checking.
Do you want this part of Bangsar, or a different street setting?
Here the appeal is the established Bangsar setting: residential streets, the Jalan Maarof corridor and Bangsar Shopping Centre in Bukit Bandaraya. It is a different daily rhythm from a home beside the Telawi shops. Visit the exact route that matters to you.
