Begin with the places you would actually use. Then look at the buildings in that part of the search.
01 / Telawi
The part you can use on foot
Bangsar Village sits among Telawi’s shops and restaurants. It is a useful place to spend an ordinary evening before deciding whether you want that activity outside your front door. Our project collection is elsewhere in Bangsar, so compare the address rather than assuming every Bangsar residence gives you the same walk.
Bangsar Shopping Centre is on Jalan Maarof in Bukit Bandaraya. Around Menerung, the search moves towards homes and smaller residential buildings. 111 Menerung offers a new serviced-apartment option; a landed home or an established building asks a different question about space and upkeep.
Bangsar Hill Park is on Lorong Maarof. Its Verdura and Talisa phases have different published plans, so choose a phase and layout before comparing it with an older Bangsar building. Visit the actual approach and entrance to see how the larger development fits your routine.
The Jalan Bangsar search leads towards KL Eco City and Mid Valley rather than the hill streets. Khaya Residence is a high-rise option here. If those destinations matter to you, compare the exact route from the building with a home higher up in Bangsar.
Bangsar South is not Bangsar proper. Its mix of offices, shops and residences makes it a different home search. Laurel Residence belongs here; include it if a compact apartment in that setting appeals more than the older Bangsar streets.
Pinnacle Bangsar has 18 large residences. It is worth comparing with the newer, larger projects if the size of the home and building matters more to you than being beside a particular shopping street.
